1994

Universe Living takes its first step into the real estate market by acquiring its first multi-family property, marking the beginning of its journey in property management.

2000 - 500 Units

Universe Living achieves a significant milestone, reaching 500 units under management, showcasing steady growth and expanding its portfolio.

Continuing its upward trajectory, Universe Living reaches 1,000 units, demonstrating its increasing influence and presence in the multi-family industry.

2018 - 4,000 Units

Universe Living reaches an impressive 4,000 units, reflecting its robust expansion strategy and commitment to providing quality living spaces.

Universe Living makes a strategic move by acquiring its first East Coast property, Mariners Cove, and reaches a total of 4,500 units. This acquisition marks the company's geographic expansion and strengthens its portfolio on the East Coast.

2023 - 3,200 Units

Universe Living continues its growth by acquiring its first property in Florida, Pearce at Pavilion. This acquisition signifies the company's entrance into the Florida market and its ongoing pursuit of new opportunities.

Today - 3,500 Units

Universe Living achieved another milestone by acquiring its third East Coast property, further solidifying its presence and influence in the region.
